How we make a difference

Emergency relief helps to address immediate basic needs in times of crisis. Emergency relief can act as a safety net for people experiencing financial distress or hardship and who have limited means or resources to help them alleviate their financial crisis.

Emergency relief can provide one-off support with:

  • Food parcels

  • Food vouchers

  • Part payment of utility bills

If clients require further support, we can assist in referring to other appropriate services.

Due to the extremely high demand for emergency relief, it may take several attempts to make an appointment.
