Our fridge and freezer are stocked with fresh produce as they are donated. Please bring a bag and take what you need, but leave some for others.

The Spiers Centre Inc. makes no representations, warranties, or guaranties with respect to the quality or hygiene of the donated food products. Once the donated food products are received by food recipients, The Spiers Centre Inc. shall not be responsible for any adverse reactions, side effects, injury, bodily harm, or death that may result from consumption of the donated food products or any other liability arising thereof.

You can contact us to book an appointment for our Financial Hardship Services between 9am and 1pm daily, and we are available for any general enquiries about any of our other services between 9am - 3pm.

*IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT APPOINTMENTS:

Due to high demand for financial hardship services (financial counseling and emergency relief), appointments must be made.
Walk-ins available for food relief at the Heathridge Neighbourhood Centre only.
When making appointments over the phone, please call between the hours of 9am-3pm Monday to Friday.
Please notify us of any cancellations as soon as possible.
